Questions
Questions about a batch
Short answers; the guides have the detail.
Is a batch an order?
No. It is a request. ZYBERIQ replies to confirm what it can do, where it works, the dates and the price, and nothing is collected until you agree.
Why measure in centimetres?
Counting thousands of sheets takes hours. A ruler against the stack is quick: about 100 sheets of ordinary 75 g paper make one centimetre. You can type an exact count instead.
Why are some lines marked 'needs a quote'?
Bound books, sheets larger than oficio and paper with humidity or mould need slower handling. ZYBERIQ looks at them before giving a price or a date.
Can the originals be destroyed?
The app does not offer it. The batch asks for the paper back or says you will decide later; keeping or destroying originals is your decision, with your accountant or lawyer.
Does the app send my documents anywhere?
No. The app never sees your papers. It keeps the list you type on your phone. Email, share and copy hand the batch to your own apps; nothing leaves the phone until you send it there.
What does the working-day estimate include?
Collecting (when the units are collected), preparing the paper, scanning, typing the index data and a final check, counted on business days (Monday to Friday, without Colombian public holidays). It is an estimate: ZYBERIQ confirms the date.
Plan your batch
List the paper, mark its state and send the batch to ZYBERIQ. It is a request, not an order.
