Personal data

Papers that name people

Your papers may hold personal data of other people: employees, residents, patients, students. Under Colombian law you remain responsible for that data (the controller), and whoever scans or types it works on your instructions (the processor).

Personal data

Names, ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers or signatures of people.

Sensitive data

Data that can lead to discrimination, such as health, sex life, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical views, and membership of unions, social or human-rights organisations or political parties (Ley 1581 de 2012, art. 5).

Data of children and teenagers

Records of students or patients under 18 (Ley 1581 de 2012, art. 7).

Personal data in your papers

Your papers may hold personal data of other people: employees, residents, patients, students. Under Colombian law you remain responsible for that data (the controller), and whoever scans or types it works on your instructions (the processor).

Health, biometric and other sensitive data have stricter rules, and so does data about children and teenagers. When a batch holds any personal data, the batch says that a data processing agreement must be agreed with ZYBERIQ before it receives or processes the papers.

The app only marks what kind of data the papers hold. It never stores the papers’ contents.

Plan your batch

List the paper, mark its state and send the batch to ZYBERIQ. It is a request, not an order.
